Description:
Order-oriented program for data input, processing, presentation, saving of data and output of measured color and density values of the FAG VIPDENS 2000 are possible.
A personal database can be created for the customer, in which he can define reference values for every color. They can be reused for future orders and can also be transferred to and from the FAG VIPDENS 2000.
Measurements can be registered and the printing process can be observed for each color belonging to one particular order. It is possible to intervene during the printing process. Measurement values are represented in form of diagrams.
It is possible to demonstrate the tendencies of the latest measurements of :
- Lab-Values
- Their Delta values in relation to the selected reference value, e.g. DL, Da, Db
- The total difference DE
- Density measurements
- Density difference
Here for example the trends of Lab and Density measurements show a difference to the reference values. Diagrams can be zoomed, as demonstrated in these CIEL and CIEb
graphics.
From the course of the color in the background of the diagram you can see right away if your color has more tendency to dark or light (CIEL), to red or green (CIEa), to yellow or blue (CIEb) or when measuring density – here green – whether the color is more light or dark.
It is also possible to get a presentation of a statistical analyze of all these values with
- Distribution function
- Expected value (mid-values)
- Standard difference
- Medium errors
Thanks to the presentation in different colors you can see at a glance if the print is still in the
“Green field”, meaning if it is still within the tolerated values.
These values can either be saved or transferred to the printer.
This enables you to do exact quality improvement corrections while printing, based on trends or statistical analysis. Besides that, when you have repetitive orders with previously saved values, this software is the best possible prevention for eventual
mistakes. |
